BankId collect

post https://{kitEnvironment}.{kitDomain}/{kitBasePath}/bankid/collect

Collects the result of a sign or auth order using orderRef as reference. RP should keep on calling collect every two seconds if status is pending. RP must abort if status indicates failed.
